As part of this commitment, we’re building long-term partnerships with partners that share our vision to deliver innovative, effective healthcare that puts the patient first. Our 5-year strategic collaboration with Ramsay Health Care (Ramsay) aims to do just that.

JOINT MEMBER HEALTH PROGRAMS
In August 2022 HCF and Ramsay announced a 5-year strategic collaboration. This includes RT Health members. The partnership shows we’re dedicated to providing members with even greater access to affordable, coordinated care through a wide range of flexible treatment options.
At the heart of our collaboration is a commitment to provide great value cover, access and choice for our members. This includes:
- 5% off selected purchases* and other benefits at Ramsay Pharmacy
- home-based or remote rehabilitation support for eligible members^ with the Ramsay Connect program
- access to the Ramsay Connect Virtual Heart Failure Program for eligible members+
- an extensive group of hospitals in RT Health’s network, helping our members limit their out of pocket costs.
We’ll continue to work together to develop programs and new models of care for the benefit of our members.
RAMSAY CONNECT VIRTUAL HEART FAILURE PROGRAM
The Ramsay Connect Virtual Heart Failure program+ is a multidisciplinary patient monitoring service designed to support people living with heart failure to manage their condition in the home and community, to assist in reducing the rate of potentially preventable hospitalisations.
The program includes:
- remote heart health monitoring
- nurse led case management
- access to health professionals to support eligible members manage their heart condition in the comfort of their own home.

RECOVER AT HOME WITH RAMSAY CONNECT
We want to give our members the choice of how and where they’re treated. Ramsay Connect provides home-based or remote rehabilitation and reconditioning support to eligible members^ when they transition home after a hospital stay, or if they require additional support after treatment.
