Win 12 Months Free health insurance from rt health

  1. These terms apply to the rt health “Refer A Friend to win 12 months of free health insurance” promotion (“Promotion”).
  2. This Promotion is conducted by rt health, a division of The Hospitals Contribution Fund of Australia Limited (ACN 000 026 746) following merger.
  3. The Promotion commences on 1 December 2021 and closes on 31 December 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
  4. Entry to the Promotion is automatic for any member of rt health who refers a friend under the existing “Refer A Friend” Offer (each an “Entrant”). Terms of that offer can be found here.
  5. Entrants will go into the draw for a chance to win 12 months of free health insurance based on the Entrant’s existing policy held with rt health and valued at up to $5,000.00.
  6. At the end of the Promotion Period, a random draw will be conducted to select a winner from the Entrants.
  7. The winner will be notified by email (using the email address of the Entrant provided when joining rt health).
  8. If the winner does not respond to the email to accept their prize within 10 business days, a replacement winner will be drawn and notified in the same manner. This process will be repeated until the prize is accepted.
  9. The referred new member must have paid all premiums due up to the date of the draw for the Entrant to remain eligible for the Promotion.
  10. The Promotion is subject to a minimum of 10 Entrants. In the event the minimum is not reached during the Promotion Period, rt health reserves the right to cancel the Promotion.
  11. Staff members of rt health & their family members aren’t eligible to participate in this Promotion.
