Terms and Conditions for 'JIMMY' Promotion
These Terms and Conditions apply to the RT Health 'JIMMY' retail offers (“Offers”). These Offers and these Terms and Conditions are issued by RT Health, which is a division of The Hospitals Contribution Fund of Australia Limited (ACN 000 026 746) (“RT Health”) References to RT Health members mean holders of a RT Health branded PHI policy issued by the HCF fund. By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
'JIMMY' Promotion
1. The Offer commences on 1 January 2024 and closes on 30 March 2024 (“Offer Period”).
2. The Offers are only available to Customers who:
a. purchase combined Hospital and Extras cover issued by RT Health during the Offer Period; and
b. provide a valid email address upon joining; and
c. enrol for direct debit or payroll deduction of premiums.
3. The Offer is not available on any of the Gold Hospital products issued by RT Health
4. The Offer is not available to Customers who are eligible to receive another discount on their premium or who have held a RT Health issued policy during the previous 12 months.
5. Standard waiting periods apply. Yearly limits, fund and policy rules apply.
6. After serving 90 consecutive days from the join date and making all premium payments during this period, the Customer will receive their 6 weeks free of RT Health insurance cover (based on the pro rata value of their Hospital and Extras premium) subject to the Customer paying all premium payments due prior to that time.
7. The 6 weeks free value will be credited to the Customer’s policy by extending the “paid-to” period. If the Customer is enrolled for payroll deduction, they will receive the amount as cash back.
8. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional join offer by RT Health.
9. RT Health reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time by amending this notice save that any acceptances prior to the change will not be affected.
